These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "you") and ace55 (hereinafter "ace55", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the ace55 website accessible at https://ace55.cam, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services and any other features or content made available through the platform.

ace55 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform is designed to serve adult players who have independently verified that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to their specific location and circumstances. ace55 does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial Pakistani authority or any Pakistani financial institution. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by, and must be read together with, the following additional policy documents which form part of the overall agreement between you and ace55:

• The Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use and protection of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gambling Policy — setting out the Platform's duty-of-care obligations and available player-protection tools.
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform at the time an offer is claimed.

Use of the ace55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults only. Registering with false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors, persons under legal guardianship or persons otherwise lacking legal capacity to contract are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
3. Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility — not ace55's — to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering or depositing. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not use the Platform.
4. One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, registered with any gambling self-exclusion scheme, or otherwise aware that you have a gambling disorder or addiction. Players with gambling problems should not register and should instead seek professional assistance.

To access Real Money play on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. The following obligations apply to your Account:

• All registration information — including name, date of birth, email address and contact details — must be truthful and match your identity documentation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify ace55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account names are permanent once verified. Changes to account name require submission of supporting legal documentation and are subject to approval.
• ace55 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account pending verification at its sole discretion.

ace55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. The following verification requirements apply:

• Identity Verification: Players must provide a valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence). The name on the identity document must exactly match the name registered on the Account.
• Address Verification: Proof of residential address may be required, such as a utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within 90 days of the request.
• Payment Method Verification: Players may be required to verify the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction, a copy of the bank account details confirming ownership).
• Source of Funds: ace55 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited on the Platform, particularly for high-value transactions.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ace55 may place a temporary hold on an Account pending verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

The following terms govern deposits made to your ace55 Account:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may change without prior notice.
• ace55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction fees or currency conversion charges for which ace55 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's systems.
• ace55 accepts PKR deposits where this option is displayed as active in the cashier. Currency availability is subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Only funds that have been deposited and wagered in accordance with the Platform's terms, or bonus funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method in the live cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined.
• ace55 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows depend on the applicable payment method and the operator's internal review process.
• ace55 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above specified thresholds.
• In the event that a Player's winnings result from a technical error, system malfunction or game fault, ace55 reserves the right to void such winnings pending investigation.

ace55 offers various bonus and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria, including Account verification status, deposit history and geographic restrictions, apply to each offer individually.
• Each Player may only claim a specific bonus offer once, unless the terms of the offer expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds and Real Money funds are held separately in your Account. Real Money funds are used for wagering first unless the offer terms specify a different order of use.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings shall be forfeited automatically.
• ace55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account closure.

The following rules govern gameplay on the ace55 Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation (RNG) software. ace55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by the operator or its odds-feed provider and are subject to change up until market suspension. Accepted bets are honoured at the odds stated at the time of acceptance.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the Platform will attempt to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the fault. Where this is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• ace55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed on an event affected by manifest error, data feed failure or circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games or betting markets. Detection of automated play will result in immediate Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per person or household;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age);
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to interact with the Platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to defraud ace55 or other users through any means, including charge-backs on deposited funds while retaining winnings;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where the operator has restricted access.

ace55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. Wagers that would result in losses exceeding the limit will be declined.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum continuous session durations, after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly once processed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from ace55. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures or errors outside ace55's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the eligibility requirements in Section 4.

Nothing in these Terms limits ace55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. ace55's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from your payment provider;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement to do so;
• The Account being used by a minor or on behalf of a third party.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ace55 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where closure is at the Account holder's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, eligible Real Money balances will be returned via the primary deposit method subject to KYC clearance.

ace55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution is available and required under the operator's license conditions.

Players acknowledge and agree that by using the Platform, they are not relying on any representation that the service is lawful in their country of residence. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
